I wrote this sales message to introduce myself to Chicago Public School educators at 600 locations in November 2011.

At that time, Chicago Public School Board executives were considering moving to another supplier for low-voltage (Smart Board, LCD Projectors and Classroom Amplification Systems) technology and support services.

Greg Cessna, the CEO of Troxell, hired me to identify areas of concern, solve the most urgent problems immediately and begin the process of re-establishing good relations with all levels of Chicago Public Schools. 

The YouTube achieved my primary goals: 

Identify the most urgent needs and address them quickly. It also established contact with a significant number of educators with who would welcome me into their schools. This resulted in a gross profit increase of 18% in 2012.
